However my prob here is, Symantec is looking for missing 1000+ .sis files and all from root drive and as I explained, nothing is there. I will need to consult our TA guys about un-installing Single Instance Storage and see if it's even possible and should that resolves the issue. I will keep you posted mate. Thanks again.
