Terminal service policy

How to configure terminal service policy with remote user can not see everything except just one icon <needed program> can be access/run?

    I believe if the system is setup in AD, you should be able to configure (run gpedit.msc) Group Policies to prevent a particular user or group of users from seeing the shared desktop and shared start menu (All Users) environment.

    I'm searching the internet for an answer for that question.
    Were you able to limit users, with group policy or other?
    If so, let me know.
    My problem is to limit users to about 4 programs.
