The following boot-start or system-start driver failed to load: DellBIOS

giorgio777
The Service Control Manager in the Event Viewer notifies that 'The following boot-start or system-start driver failed to load: DellBIOS'

I have a Dell Inspiron 6400 laptop with Windows XP Professional (version 2002) , Service Pack 3; IE 8 (final version).

Among other, from the System Information I have the following data:

- System model MM061;

- BIOS Version/Date Dell Inc. A12, 12/18/2006;

- SMBIOS Version 2.4

On August 03, 2009 I posted the same question on the Dell Community forum ( http://en.community.dell.com/forums/t/19287652.aspx ) but got no answer so far .

I would really appreciate a solution to this problem. Why is this notification appear in the event viewer ? What does it mean? How it can be solved?

Thank you very much for your support.

UPDATE
I am adding the following additional information as it is displayed by the 'Event Viewer' and 'Help Support Center' :
