Are the other PC's on the network running a 64 bit flavor of Windows and thus using a 64 bit printer driver? Is the new PC using the same 64 bit driver for this same printer or are the other PC's 32 bit Windows thus running a 32 bit driver? Make sure you are using a 64 bit driver for the new PC. That could be the issue. I can remember having issues with printer drivers even when I used the correct flavor (32 or 64) but there were version releases (that supported different features) that would just not print, but when I installed a newer (sometimes older) driver...all would be OK.
