User account without User folders

michael.torrey
I've got a workstation where the user logs in as herself and has access to files and the network, but there is no set of folders with her log in name under Documents and Settings. This seems to be messing with her ability to customize her stand-alone installation of AutoCAD. First, how could this happen? Second, how do I fix it?

Login as the user, load Regedit and browse to
    HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\
    Explorer\Shell Folders.

This should display the name of the folders she has access to when she logs in. If the user account was renamed the old folders may still apply.

To fix, you may need to backup her old folders, delete the account and the files. Create a new account and it should create new folders (based on the Default User profile).
