User unable to access OWA - HTTP Error 403.14

kohyr
when a user tries to access OWA by entering the URL, it gets the following error:
HTTP Error 403.14 - Forbidden
The Web Server is configured not to list the contents of this directory.

However, I am able to access the OWA logon page when I login as administrator.

Could it be the the permission issues? How can i resolve this...

Thanks!

you need to check IIS, is 'require ssl' turned on, do you have the OWA website binded to a certificate?

you might not be redirecting properly

1, Open the IIS Manager, Navigate "Default Web site".
2, In the middle pane (Features view)-Find and Open HTTP Redirect"
Check "redirect requests to this destination:" and please input: /OWA
    3. Click "Apply" in the right Actions pane.
    4. Navigate to the OWA virtual directory, also find the "HTTP Redirect" place, this time we need remove the /OWA and uncheck "redirect requests to this destination:".
    5. click Apply in the right Actions pane.
    6. Open a cmd console and type: iisreset /noforce(without quotation)
    7. Access OWA URL without /OWA.
