Viewing changes in redirected "My Documents" requires manual refresh

I have a user whose computer recently got replaced. As a company policy, all "My Documents" are redirected to our main file server. This is an AD environment.

Her issue is that she can make all the changes in "My Documents" that she wants, but the changes do not show until she manually refreshes the view.
I recently had to disable the Symantec Anti-Virus programs on her computer, as they wer causing significant performance issues.

I have made sure that MOBSYNC and CTFMON are running, but so far it does not seem to be helping.

Any suggestions?
