.... the SIMPLE HELP web site at www.simplehelp.net, that web site is generated with Word Press (free) which operates much like a BLOG where you paste articles you've written into the Word Press editor. It's not a true help desk solution.

If that's not the web site you're talking about, then more information is needed.

The program that i'm talking about is calles simple help and it is a java application where if a user needs help on their pc they go to a webaddress and they wait in queue, then when i go on my side i see them waiting in the queue and then i connect to their pc and take controll over it.Almost like vnc where they can see what i am doing on there pc while i'm working on it.Reason why i need something like this is to avoid installing software on the client's pc's.so they can just go to the web url and i will see them in the queue and then i take controll of their pc.The address where you can see what simple help is is here:

    www.simple-help.com/

    Thanx for the help.

I haven't actually seen it in action yet, so I don't know if there's a "que" to show you who's waiting for help.

You can set up a free account and you don't have to give out your URL to anyone except those you want to help.

Might be what you're looking for.

The solution i am looking for is web based first of all and the client shouldn't have to install any programs on their pc.It should work like a java appelet. The should just be able to go onto the requires web address and then that's it.Lets take for example if i had a client in London and i am here in South Africa ,i don't want to first tell the person needing help to first install this and that program.I want to ask them to go to the following http://...... address and that should be it.Thanx for all your guys tips and your help.I appreciate it.
    Cheers!

Because if you are willing to pay for it you can use logmein rescue which is a very useful tool. If someone needs help you tell them to go to logmein123.com and all they have to do is type in the pin number you supply them and your off to remote support. You can try it for free for a few days and someone will contact you during your trial period to get you set up on your subscription.

    http://www.uvnc.com/
From what i read i think this might work as well. It has both functions where you can install the software on both the rhost and remote computers but you can also download the Add - on which is called UVNC SC the SC stands for Single Click. You can read about the add-ons here: http://www.uvnc.com/addons/index.html. Hope this works for you. like i said I have not used this one yet but it is free.
