What is InstallShield Update Manager?

peetree
I have (had?) InstallShield Update Manager. When I bootedup this morning it displayed a message. I have not installed this or asked for it. I have tried and failed to install Corel Draw X3 - don't want it anyway. I have installed Google Earth - great program by the way. Downloaded a catalog from Miller Bearing. I tried to Restore to the 3rd and the 4th and both times it did change anything. InstallShield Update Manager didn't show in the tray or is it listed withing the programs.
Malware, Virus, or...?

A horse of a different color, but it may be an influence here is that I have Spybot - anoying little !@#$%^& - and Webroot Spy Sweeper - like it very much, purchased another year's subrscrition. Could these be conflicting?
