What OS? What have you tried? Do you have Anti-virus software installed, is it up to date, and is the system fully patched?

    'Slowness' can be several things:
    a) Some hardware fault (thus a diags program may be needed)
    b) Faulty configuration (e.g. too many apps running at startup, mapped drives that do not exist, network settings incorrect)
    c) OS Software faults (e.g. fragmented hard drive, registry errors, pending updates, failed updates, failed uninstalls)
    d) malware such as viruses, worms, rootkits or trojans.

when your system partition is too low, you have to extend it to avoid the low disk space warning. you can reize it, merge the unllocated space to C drive, or allocate free space from any volume to C drive. before doing that, you need to download a free partition software, AOMEI Partition Assistant. here is a step-by-step tutorial for reference.
