You can make a recommendation toward higher products such as Norton AntiVirus, McAfee Internet Security, and AVG Free/Pro Antivirus/Internet Security. It is up to the customer to choose. As stupid as it is, I run my system without any internet security or anti-virus. If I have a software problem, I repair it. I find an antivirus a waste of valuable system resources. And the customer may not be right, but it is the customer's computer, and they can choose what to install. Even if it is spyware, you (in a way) can still make money.
