He has to go through this 2 times (thus, clicking print a total of 4 times) before the email will print. + 0 Votes Reponse To Answer adrianhinton 1 year ago I have just had a user experience this same issue. The user opens a message, selects file>print then finally hits the print button. A systray popup says the job has successfuly been sent to printerxxx but nothing happens, the message is not printed. The user repeats the steps to print that same message and this time, the message is sent to the printer and it prints successfuly. The print steps have to be performed twice for each new mail message that is opened in Outlook 2010. No other application (including Word) has this problem on the user's machine.Would love to see some technical advice on this.
