If it plays in VLC what's the problem?

Here you need to convert the files to a different format to be viewable in your preferred Video Player.

As explained above this is because the file format is a Backup Video File which is not possible to play in all Video Players. You should have no problem in converting the File to a more standard file type by inserting the DVD and running the File Conversion process.

You will of course need to use a different DVD Blank to record the Converted Video Files to so that they can be used on a different range of players. Or you can just set the converting program to save to the HDD and view them from there if you like.
