Windows detects no partitions on Seagate 320GB SATA HDD

lanuncyber
I have a problem.

I have 2 HDs, Seagate 120GB PATA and Seagate 320GB SATA. I split Seagate 120GB into 6 partitions and install WinXP SP2 on it, and 4 partitions on Seagate 320GB with Vista installed. This configurations work for several month until I decided to replace the Vista with WinXP SP2 and reformat the previously installed WinXP2 on Seagate 120GB.

After the WinXP SP2 successfully installed on Seagate 120GB, my Windows detects no partition on Seagate 320GB. The Windows does detect the 320GB SATA HD, but Disk Management shows only 2 portions on the HD; 128GB (Healthy) (but not-formatted) AND 170GB (Unallocated).

I would like to know, how do I get back those 4 partitions inside the 320GB SATA or/and what should I do so that my Windows can detect back the 4 partitions? I've got a lot of MP3s and videos inside that HD and re-formatting it is not a good option.
