+ 0 Votes Job caught in spooler Gisabun February 18, 2013 at 9:39am PST Most likely your print spooler is off and won't turn back on. Go into the \windows\system32\spool \printers folder and empty it. Restart the print spooler. Most likely [from what I've seen] some oddly created PDF caused the problem. It looks like the printers folder is already empty but can't start spooler???? Any other ideas that could help?
