Yep, I started getting the same message from Windows Defender. Turns out the TechRepublic RSS feed is also infected with the same trojan.

It is detected in Microsoft Security Essentials but not Symantec Endpoint Protection.
TechRepublic Newsletters infected with Seedabuter.C trojan.
As soon as I preview a Tech Republic newsletter MSE alerts me to the infection attempt.
Is anybody else having this problem?
