Yep, I started getting the same message from Windows Defender. Turns out the TechRepublic RSS feed is also infected with the same trojan.

An example of an infected email is:

Subject: A More Intelligent & FREE Way to Manage Alerts SolarWinds Alert Central.
It is detected in Microsoft Security Essentials but not Symantec Endpoint Protection.
TechRepublic Newsletters infected with Seedabuter.C trojan.
As soon as I preview a Tech Republic newsletter MSE alerts me to the infection attempt.
Is anybody else having this problem?
