Where did the "Welcome to the new TR" thread go?

It still shows as the top discussion, but no matter what browser I use, I get a TR message that "Oops! This page does not exist." WTH? I'm trying not to give up on this site, but here it is a week later and I still can't navigate without timeouts, and I'm not feeling confident that this will even post.
