My professional career began in 1991. I was attending college at ETSU when I was asked to build a set of computers for a small company owned by relatives in North Carolina. Word quickly spread that I was able to build custom PCs and business was decent enough. I have maintained a presence in the IT field since then working as a bench tech all the way up to being the manager of operations for a company. In all my experiences though I would have to say that my year and a half in Baghdad was my most memorable (and most monetarily beneficial). I have since developed my abilities over time to include VoIP, structured cabling, server management, and router configuration.
