Started out as a Two-Way Radio technician in 1976. - Ran a radio shop from my home while managing a video arcade as my "real" job for about 5 years in the early '80's. - Spent 14 and a half years as an audio tech for a large electronics store. Although my primary function was fixing stereo equipment, I did everything from copier repair to Home phone and Computer network installations for them. Known to do things like fixing dropped laptops, when necessary, by fabricating hinges from scrap metal by hand. - Currently repairing computers and doing system restoration and spyware remediation for the general public. Been known to do component level repairs on motherboards, cards and monitors. Bragging? Only if you think stating the facts is boasting!
