I have been in computing since 1976, and since 1987 I have worked with PC support. The happiest days of my life were with my 486 DX 33, Turbo Pascal 5.5 and MS QuickBASIC. But I was lonely. Sure I courted girls. And I gave them innovative EXE-files dedicated to them. But it never worked out. Today I have a loving and supporting wife. Today I have 200+ end users. They all have different skills and capabilities, although some are not so familiar with the ins and outs with using a computer on a network. I realize some of them have more important tings to do, then fiddling around with a computer, and I don?t blame them when they occasionally delete all mails in the inbox, both read and unread. I see end users as a group of individuals, human beings with ideas, capabilities and feelings. There are no dumb users.
