We offer a full service for all our customers that can range from consulting services to full network maintenance, design, construction,and installing as well as being the nominated contact point for Microsoft for the companies Software Assurance programs. My Official position here is now listed as Alleged Boss and Official Scape Goat as whenever anything goes wrong I'm responsible, but it sure as hell confuses MS when they ring up for something.
