Hi Everyone! I work as a 2nd line support for an Europe based IT solutions provider, I focus mainly on Microsoft Technologies, Im hardly an expert but over the few years ive worked in the sector I've solved a variety of problems and have made a few of my own along the way. IT is a very rewarding and satisfying career choice in my opinion, I chose support because I love solving problems and helping people out, people I've spoken to in the sector tend to see the support role as a "thankless" role, but it really depends on how you personally define thankless, I get my kick's out of knowing im helping to support my employer's user base and making sure things are running smoothly for everyone, that sense of satisfaction is more than enough for me, anything else is bonus material.
