I've been at this more or less for about 10 years. I started down this path of insanity as a field service engineer for a medical imaging company working with CR (computed radiography) and PACS (Picture Archive and Communication Systems). During this time I earned my first Microsoft Certs. I was hired on as a PACS Admin by one of the clients I serviced. In my current role I support end user applications, provide training, serve as a technical liaison between my team and enterprise IT, develop simple applications and as stated in my job description... all other duties as required. I am familiar with Windows, Linux, Unix, MSSQL, MySQL, ASP.NET, VB, VBScript but a master of none of the above. I plan on staying in this role until the coveted job of Zamboni driver at the Wachovia center becomes available and I'm outta here.
