I think you have some useful information here, but it is very difficult to read. Basically I detest the format they force on you. Sometimes there is a "view as blog" link, and I always use that if available.

I agree. I also prefer a blog or pdf format so I can keep the documtne for future use. Why not continue to offer options?

Totally agree with wanting a different format: pdf or even full online article. This format is okay if you want it; I'm impatient and I can read faster than I can click through the screens. I prefer when an alternate format is offered.
