Cracking Open EVO 4G LTE: Removing the motherboard cover screws

Hey love the detailed pics and dis-assembly, but is there any way you can include more details for our non techy people. Like the glue that holds the battery making some people think that you cannot remove it, or the connections you have to be careful on removing and how you insert them or that there are certain things on the panel that connect to the mother board from the panel that are not mentioned. Maybe you can help me identify this, but overall great job.
