Buddy Hub - USB 2.0 Model

I have a Motorolla DCT6208/1000 with a SMART CARD slot on the front right of the unit. My local Comcast tells me that it won't work on their system unless the card slot says CABLE CARD under it and they will just give me a card. Is there any way this box can work with Comcast - are they giving me a line of S**T?? Any advice you may offer is greatly appreciated. i only got 1 404... on image 8....

Two of the photos result in a "404 error" when I try to view them. It needs to be fixed.
