Spotlight, Mac OS X's integrated desktop search, receives its own makeover in Leopard. Performance is tweaked in the new version, which also supports conducting specific searches of phrases defined by phrases entered within quotation marks.
Spotlight can also search across multiple Macintosh systems in its newest iteration. Other improvements include the ability to perform calculations within the Spotlight window.
