Here is the H2C cooling unit for high-performance machines, especially the kind popular among gamers. It's currently being used in Dell XPS systems, and the technology was developed within Dell's own labs, Chief Technology Officer Kevin Kettler said. The dual-cooling system, which uses a mixture of liquids, is very similar to what is found in a refrigeration unit, said Kettler. The cooling system allows processors to run at a higher frequency.
