Roku 3 gets an redesigned interface, sleeker look (pictures)

My trusty PBO is getting pretty long in the tooth. It's a nice device except it doesn't do native streaming. There are workarounds for that, but it's a hassle. The interface is awful too. I've been eying these little devices for a while and this update might be the one that pushes me into the "buy" mode. That headphone jack in the remote is one of the coolest (and most obvious) ideas I've seen in a while. I haven't had much luck with wireless headphones and fighting a long wire is a PITA. It gets a big +1 for that.

I have one critical requirement though. I like to rip my disks and put them on my media server so I can watch them anywhere. Does this device support streaming from media servers?

Also, what does "limited media playback" mean in regards to the USB? I don't use the USB connection much, but I'm not a fan of "limited" anything.
