Nice PC, and you're right on the dot when it comes to cost. I recently built a similar machine with the specs below. Total cost plus shipping and tax: $2007.89

1. Q9650 Processor (not the QX 9650, but I'm happy with it).
2. Intel BOXDX48BT2 Motherboard.
3. 8Gb DDR3-1600 Ram.
4. Same Sapphire video card you have listed.
5. OCZ 600W Power Supply.
6. Same 1Tb Hard Drive you have listed.
7. Same Centurion 5 case you have, although this one has a clear side window.
8. LG 22x DVD Burner.
9. Vista Ultimate 64bit Edition
