Thanks for the pics. Been collecting comics for 30 years, started because of a hero (Superman) but as I got older, I noticed Power Girl, and Wonder Woman, now you have made me see that I must start attending Comic Con. Don't know what the others have to see that is bad, but as far as I can tell, God designed women to be beautiful to the beholder, and I am so glad I am not blind. Thanks Sonja. You ROCK!
I have no idea who she is supposed to be, maybe an Evil Empire Empress; but she is absolutely Beautiful. I must Marry her ASAP.
Severe lack of testosterone being sexily represented. Surely there were some "Leon" cosplayers? Come on now.
Sonja, Thanks for posting my shots. I will be attending Comic Con, so let me know if you need some of them also. http://www.flickr.com/photos/jimblair/sets/
You can see a lot of work went into them. I especially liked Image 8. The chick on the right (brunette with black boots) is awesome. I don't know who she is supposed to be, but who cares ;). Also, captions would be nice. It did look like it was Wonder SiliCon 2012 in a few of the pics. Could have done without the guy pics :).
there could be such a nice melding of the nerd herd and kink community? The best "scenes" are those that went unrecorded!
Wow, people put a lot of effort in it. And the results are Wonderful. I do not recognize most of the characters though, maybe somebody can add some descriptions to the pics? Again, congratz to the Cosplayers.
To me it appears that breast size was the only thing that mattered. Many of the females were not pretty. Some of those costumes are kinda scary.
A little eye candy after another frantic Monday is a good thing, you found some winners in there for sure. In all of these events the folks love to dress up, they are having some fun, if you are not having fun, you have missed what life is about.
I am really sorry not having a good word to say . . . Synthetic rugs on muscles, silicone and cellulite manifesting an ill sense of . . . what? How not to feel sorrow recalling the statue of Aphrodite of Milos I saw at the Louvre Museum in Paris back in 2004 . . . Are words losing their meaning or am I getting too old to understand trends and ideas of today's generation? Should we revise what is considered as common sense and understanding or, would it be better to stop using it any more?
Mudpuppy1, Image number 8 is the infamous Vampirella. Her magazine has been around since I was a kid. I missed this cosplay at WonderCon unforturnately. http://www.vampirella.com/
