Four Micron 7AD22 D9GKW 64MB memory modules (256MB total memory)Apple appears to be using memory from various manufactures. Our unit contained four Micron 7AD22 D9GKW 64MB memory modules (256MB total main memory). I was unable to find any information about these chips on Micron's Web site.
Other Apples TV galleries have shown both the same Micron chips and DDR2 memory modules from Nanya.
