I didn?t do a tree yet but we had a stocking decorating contest here and being the only geek in this place, I had to pull out all the bells and whistles. You know, gotta represent. ;P Oh and 1st place gets $100 cash. Wish me luck! http://tinyurl.com/5jd77c

Only of interest to employees of Tech Republic. C'mon guys this is the equivalent of posting your baby pictures. Other engineers, technicians, SW people could not care about YOU being TOO cheap for a regular tree. Have you seen the show "Big Bang". Maybe you could get a walk-on part.

I thought it was fun. And others in the community do as well. There is enough serious content here that there's room for a little fun too. Make your own version and take a picture of it. Send the picture to Sonja for TROLOV. She'll likely send you swag for the effort!

Hey Tigger, You gotta forgive Joseph, he is not only a Jersey boy, he's a Govt Employee. That is double stress and the reason I got out of there when I retired from the govt. Oh and by the way my previous request was only a joke, I'm really not that cheap. Merry Christmas to you both and everyone else out there in TR Land. Fred

As I am the only brave enough and cheap enough to ask, can I have some of that used TR Swag when the tree comes down? :D

Watch the TROLOV and contribute something. Send Sonja pictures of your pet, your tattoos, or you in a costume. Or submit a question of the week. Sign up for the community newsletter and watch for your name. Or leave Sonja a voice message. If she uses anything on the air, she'll mention your name. Then all you have to do is email her your address. The TROLOV is published every Friday morning. Protip- Sonja LOVES new participants!

Only, the mail server here rejects the address Sonja gave of trolov@cnet.com. So how do you share?
