Hello! This is good stuff! BUT: on the third screenshot image, on my vista there is missing the lower box for the remote desktop. i only have remote assinstance. Do you know why? Where could I get it? Thanx!

I love this functionality. I have multiple computers in the house, and if I want to run programs on the basement computer from the bedroom, I can. I don't have to have multiple copies of software installed, and I don't have to worry about any synchronization :)

Certain Firewall software's that I have tested will give you fits. Kaspersky's first Vista firewall would kill the connections and reconnect several times during a session. Trend Micros first firewall wouldn't even let me connect unless i disabled it, connected and then re-enabled the firewall.

I can see your point, but for IT professionals supporting end-user populations, getting the slideshow makes putting support/reference guides together way easier.

I like to have a visual aid when I am doing things for the first time. It helps to make it easier to understand and also to member it for the next time.

Yes, visual aids are very nice but there are good ways to include them and not so good ways. A slideshow is not a good way. Embedded images in a document is a good way.
