This is the PAL version of the debugging Playstation. This PSX is identical to the other debuggers as it can play games from all zones and load CDRs (A CD with an executable file, without the PSX protection scheme). Video output however is PAL, programs (games) used on it must be for that video standard. A very pretty unit! Not to be confused with the PSX prototype which is also blue.
