Bring back DOS, you could do far more with DOS with far more control over what you were doing and in less time than anything that has come out of Microsoft in the last 10 years.
Too small to see what the pictures are saying, but the background screen looks similar to what Apple came out with in OS 9 days about 10 years ago! Perhaps this is where Windows wants to position itself. Underwhelm the users, and they just "have" to be impressed when they find a functionality. Windows 7 or Vista II....
showing off Blue Badge, which seems to be an extension of UAC :0 not really impressed, especially with no text following the screenshots, and 2 identical pics of an empty desktop with a few icons. Why was the second one there anyway? oh well, moving along
What are we looking at anyway? I could not read the screen shot dialog screens. What i saw was totally useless and a waste of my time.
is just as inane, useless and out of place as these screenshots. Perhaps you need to "get someone on" getting you a new attitude. I've looked at a lot of your posts, and to be quite honest, you are a thuggish moron. Stop with the one liner hits and contribute something useful, or just shut the h*ll up! If you are part of Executive Management, I'm glad that your company is on the West Coast and I'm on the East.
I am very used to being called Scummy, Scmbag, Scum Dog, etc.. :^0 I understand where you are coming from -- and want to send a big Thank You for your services. As far as my opinion of Santee, I think we differ though. Yes, often I cannot make out what Santee is saying, so I move along. Other times I agree (or not) with the position posted. Sometimes they are easily figured out, while others makes me think a bit on it. Many times though, it makes me think a little, and I do not see it as a bad thing. Just my opinion.
is a perfect example of what I was saying. I'm not going to get into a pissin' contest over this. If you get your happiness by trying to diminish others, I feel sorry for you.
but when he does so at the expense of others, then he should be held accountable for those words. His rights end where mine begin. I fought in two conflicts to protect the American freedoms that we enjoy and that doesn't mean that his rights trump those of others. If you go to his profile and look at the asinine comments that he makes, you may feel different about it. As for a sense of humor, I wasn't aware that Marines were reknowned for that, or for calming down when we feel we are in the right. I come to these boards for insightful, thoughtful commentary and sometimes to just look at what others think about all things technical. It does irritate me to no end when barely literate pseudo intellectuals try to pass themselves off as technical professionals by muttering one line phrases that have little to no bearing on the topic being discussed. I apologize to any who have read this and feel slighted or offended (gasp!), but I believe in speaking the obvious truth and not sugar coating it to avoid offending someone's delicate sensibilities. And that truth is that santeewelding drops a bunch of one line comments that make little sense and usually are an attempt to belittle that other person. I appreciate what you are saying Scummy (may I call you Scummy?), but I stand on principle a lot and this is one of those times.
of humor? No funny bone? take a deep breath and calm down. You are in the USMC correct? Then you should understand the right to free speech should you not? Santee expresses himself as he wishes. If you dont like it, then dont read his posts! Simple solution is it not?
I don't contribute as part of Executive Management. I am. As such, I commend you and the usefulness of your five-line contribution. Carry on with your one glad part.
I just double-click on the picture and a new Explorer window opens up, with a magnified view of the screenshot, which is then very easy to read.
