Effective communication and collaboration are critical to these workers so that they can deliver timely, quality advice to help their clients. Baker Tilly was looking to deploy a unified communications solution that would make it easier for employees in different parts of the organization to work together. In addition, Baker Tilly wanted to improve the disaster recovery and e-discovery capabilities of its messaging environment. To achieve these goals, the company deployed a pilot of Microsoft Exchange Server 2010.
