As the world's leading measurement company, Agilent has been expanding its global presence and growing at a rapid pace with new acquisitions and merger of several business units. The decision to merge business units brought up challenges in terms of alignment of existing CRM applications with the new organizational structure. More specifically, it led to redundancy of price lists under a CRM tool, Price-Surfer, an application that Agilent uses to provide customers with up-to-date price and product information. Agilent turned to its long-standing partner TCS to restructure the Price-Surfer application with a view to streamline price lists and ensure seamless operational functioning.
