Air Products Signs On For Help Desk And Desktop Services
Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) has signed an agreement with Air Products and Chemicals Inc. in the United States of America, to provide selected Information Technology (IT) services. Air Products and Chemicals wanted to provide managed infrastructure services, with help desk support and field services to address applications, network and hardware problems faced by Air Products' global offices. CSC supplied SupportSoft, a user self-service solution, to Air Products' global employees, with off-hours English-language help-desk support provided by CSC's Kuala Lumpur facility. Help-desk, asset management and security services provided by CSA to Air Product's Asian offices, include call centre and field services to provide technical assistance throughout Malaysia.
