To meet safety and regulatory mandates, Air Zermatt must ensure that helicopter crews have access to up-to-date flight plans, weather charts, and more. For years, it relied on a paper-based system that made updating documents difficult and time-consuming. It also wanted to extend access to the company's main flight booking system to better coordinate customer service.
