Anjaybee Industries wanted to create a dual function for its communications infrastructure without spending on additional hardware and software. The new infrastructure should be able to function as an outbound call center in the evenings, while providing BPO-related skills training during the day. Avaya Global Connect provided Anjaybee with infrastructure for an outbound call center which doubled up as a CTI Lab, where specialized technical skills in CTI/IVR could be taught. An 18-seater set up was provided for the Avaya CTI Lab by Avaya Global Connect, while a 24-seat solution was deployed for the international outbound dialing operation. Avaya deployed its Proactive Contact Center Solution and the PCS CTI Dialer with 24 predictive dialing agents utilizing an S8400 Avaya Switch.
