In order to support its vision, The University of San Francisco (USF) articulated a strategic priority of deploying technology solutions to enhance learning and improve service. The University needed to use the new registration system at the customary time for registration in the academic calendar; therefore, there was no flexibility in the preparation time frame. In choosing a service provider, USF was keen to draw upon both domain and technical expertise.
