CSC partnered with a large automotive after-market industry client to help streamline their supply chain processes. The goal was to improve a network that is characterized by excessive inventory, incomplete information, high logistics costs, slow reactions, and lost profits at the retail level. CSC worked with the client to develop a logical architecture and application map, thus allowing the team to apply Atlas Commerce Metaprise Software and establish the client as the "Channel Master" for automotive after-market products.
