Banco Central do Brasil (Central Bank of Brazil) the country's bank authority, is in charge of tracking the finances of more than 150 banks. The organization wanted to improve the performance of its data warehouse, which was experiencing rapid growth in the volume of financial data. It plans to implement a new Microsoft-based data warehouse solution that showed 30 percent performance improvements over the previous database.
