Bank of Finland Achieves More With Less Resources
The Bank of Finland is the country's central bank and a member of the Eurosystem. It is responsible for managing currency supply and foreign exchange reserves in Finland. Since the introduction of the euro, the bank has almost halved its employees. This has resulted in a smaller IT unit, which must manage an increasing number of critical business systems. The Bank of Finland implemented a CA Technologies Service Management solution to facilitate the adoption of ITIL. The solution has helped reduce the number of incidents and increase resolution rates.
