BET24 wanted to automate reporting of multiple and complex data sources to allow the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team to reduce costs and the associated risks of human error and deploy a cost-effective business intelligence platform and achieve full operation within one month. The challenge was to enhance customer insight by enabling user segmentation and improve management support for key decision making by providing effective, tailored dashboards. BET24 worked with Oracle Partner ClearPeaks to implement Oracle Business Intelligence Standard Edition One, cutting costs from both daily and monthly reporting cycles as well as deployed four fully-functional dashboards within one month, including a dashboard to supply highly refined customer segmentation.
