Bisnode Interact wanted to deploy data warehouse framework to support data collection, data mining, and reporting for international customers in various markets and provide a platform that supports performance, reliability, and scalability requirements, and that is suitable for the delivery of data warehousing services to the company's clients. The challenge was to create a multichannel marketing platform for a large multinational Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) customer, supporting the need for a new European data warehousing approach. Bisnode Interact worked with Oracle Partner TripWire Solutions to deploy a data warehouse platform that integrates marketing-specific consumer data from any European country.
