The company wanted to learn more about customer behavior to tune its marketing programs and gain higher responses leading to greater sales. BUCHER MOTOREX Group deployed ExpertPROCESS, based on SAP Business All-in-One, and ExpertCRM, based on SAP Customer Relationship Management, both from EFP Consulting, as prepackaged solutions on the IBM Power Systems platform. The solutions were implemented by EFP Consulting and installed on the IBM Power Systems platform by IBM Premier Business Partner Wagner AG.
