In order to ensure that owners have the latest security measures implemented at POS terminals and that hardware/software systems are functioning properly, Innovative Control Systems (ICS) must be able to access sites across the U.S quickly and easily. A number of remote access solutions were used to try and meet this challenge, including LogMeIn, Citrix Online's GoToAssist, and pcAnywhere. But these solutions either did not provide the needed capabilities, and/or required ICS to pay excessive monthly fees to use the solution. Off late, ICS found the solution they were looking for in the Bomgar Box, an appliance that has enabled them to virtualize their support reps and troubleshoot support incidents without having to travel on-site.
