A leading provider of software and services for communication service providers wanted to deploy an integrated customer management solution enabling them to deliver a better customer experience. A need for functional solutions and services was felt to address the end-user requirements, which will help in increasing customer base and net profits. Mahindra Satyam worked in coordination with the customer to understand the legacy product architecture. The author developed E-2-E life cycle of various products & services for development, maintenance, release and documentation. A solution to improve the performance and revamp the legacy code was provided.
